- The voucher must be shown at the Initial Consultation (printed or photo) to claim the discounted fee of $57.
- Payment is required at the first consultation visit and may be requested by phone to secure appointments during peak times. Invoices will be provided if the client wants to be reimbursed by their private health fund.
- This voucher includes two visits - the Initial Consultation and the Report of Findings.
- X-ray costs are covered by Medicare - if the patient doesn’t have Medicare there is an extra charge of $180 to be paid at the Initial Consultation.
- Treatment may be (and often is) given during the Report of Findings consultation (with consent) if no contraindications to treatment are determined by the chiropractor. This is a separate charge.
- The chiropractor retains the right to not provide treatment during the Report of Findings consultation based on their clinical judgement.
- Results will vary for each person.
- Any risks/benefits of not proceeding/or proceeding will be explained at time of consultation.
- 24-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited (voucher is void in case of no-show).
- Please expect a high demand for all bookings, especially on Saturdays.
